Build a timed mock circuit of several stations back-to-back, then run it against the clock.
A mixed circuit follows last year's real split — roughly 4 histories : 3 exams : 1 comm per 8 stations. Leave types on for a realistic mix, or switch some off to focus.
With this on, about 1 in 4 exam slots is an emergency curveball (unconscious patient, anaphylaxis…) and about 1 in 4 exams becomes a 2-part station (e.g. Abdo + DRE, CVS + ECG).
